Self-Coaching Online | Life is a complete version of the Personal Effectiveness Coaching Program in which you learn to be your own coach, with some input and guidance from Neil.
It consists of 12 sessions which you can conduct in your own time. However, you won’t be entirely alone. You’ll have a number of contact points with Neil as your coach. First off, he’ll check the goals that you set for yourself to see that they’re challenging, inspiring and measurable. Then you’ll be able to ask one question at the end of each session. Plus you’ll get three chances to submit your self-coaching status and get guidance from Neil himself.
What’s more, the program is modular and the different elements get repeated so you’ll be able to apply the process and coach yourself once you’ve finished. In addition, when you’ve finished, you’ll gain access to the sett of masterclasses and you’ll know how to get the best out of those based on the process you’ll learn by participating in this program.
Each session consists of four sections:
1. A Session Check-In
— Review the previous session and the time since you completed that session;
— Prepare yourself for what’s to come in the current session so you can get the most out of it.
2. A Session Theme
A foundational theme is introduced with each session. These give you a combination of empowering perspectives and tools you can work with. Each session’s theme builds on past themes, so that you have a new body of knowledge and a wider range of awareness when you’re finished. (Scroll down for a list of the session themes.)
These session themes are introduced through a combination of:
— Video introduction;
— Audioslide (PowerPoint with audio);
— Downloadable PDF notes (with an audio option available);
— Exercise sheets (with audio versions available).
3. A Self-Coaching Process
There are two guided self-coaching processes within each session. The first is based on the aforementioned Session Theme. The second process within each session is designed to move you forward on your main goals, which you will set at the beginning of the program.
4. A Session Check-Out
— Review your learning from the session;
— Get your homework exercise.
