Life Coaching | Foundation Phase (Monthly x 4)

Life Coaching is a series of intensive one-on-one sessions of 45-60 minutes duration, conducted online at three-week intervals.

The Foundation Phase is all about quick wins and getting you up and running. We’ll engage for seven sessions over three to six months, depending on your session frequency. You’ll set goals with clear measurables, and we’ll assess your level of achievement against those goals at the end of the phase. Then you’ll decide what you need in order to continue on the growth path, which may or may not include another phase of coaching (the Integration Phase).

The Foundation Phase includes: 

1 x 24-page Enneagram (Five Lens) Personal Feedback Report
1 x 184-page book (shipped): Personal Effectiveness
7 x Sessions, broken down as follows:

• 1 x 90-minute Debrief (includes coaching)
• 6 x Regular Coaching Sessions

This phase will support you to:

• create a foundation of awareness about what limits you as a human being;
• break through any barriers you may have;
• ignite the necessary behavioural shifts;
• achieve your short-term goals.

How does it work? 

The process will begin with an Enneagram personality report and debrief. I’ll also ship a copy of my 184-page book, Personal Effectiveness, to you! We’ll then engage for six coaching sessions. That may not sound like a lot, but you’ll be amazed at what we accomplish in that time. We’ll finish with a close-out session where we’ll review your progress, and you’ll map out your ongoing learning journey.

Is there a payment plan?

Payment plans include:

• R9,950 ($665) upfront payment (25% discount) [SELECT]
• R3,450 ($230) a month over four months (this option)
