The Equanimity Masterclass is a 10-lesson, guided self-coaching program designed to support you to develop equanimity as a stable personality trait. You’ll also get the chance to submit questions to Neil.
This masterclass consists of 10 sessions, each one approximately 20-30 minutes in length. You can conduct them in your own time, and it’s recommended that you leave a few days up to a week in between each session to practice and integrate the learning.
Each session consists of a learning review, a key concept introduction plus a homework exercise. All the course elements are available in a combination of video, audio and downloadable PDF formats, so you can choose according to your preferred learning style.

Each key concept video approaches equanimity from a different angle, in a way that builds a holistic understanding of the subject. The introductions build on each other and also illustrate and explain various applications of equanimity—how it applies in the workplace and how it can benefit you as a leader, for example. They also show how you can broaden your learning to all areas of your life. ‘

3. Homework Exercise
The program is designed to give you more than just “head learning”. It’s designed to support you to integrate the learning at a deep level and to ultimately develop equanimity as a stable personality trait. To achieve this, there is a homework exercise for each lesson. It’s recommended that you do the exercise following the introduction and then take a few days, up to a week, to carry that newfound awareness and practice with you before returning for the next exercise.
The homework exercise consists of:

— Audio track option.
