You must first complete Self-Coaching (Executive) | Session 1 before taking this session

Self-Coaching (Executive) | Session 3

The theme for this session is Working with Values. The purpose of the theme is to get you to recognise how your priority of values impacts your decisions and, in turn, your habits and lifestyle. You’ll identify your current set of priorities and make some conscious lifestyle choices with regards to that set of priorities.

self-coaching online executiveSession 3 continues with the structure you followed in Session 2 and which you’ll become familiar with as you progress through this program.

First, you’ll do your check-in, during which you’ll be asked to review what you’ve noticed and experienced since Session 2. Then you’ll be asked to set some outcomes for this session, based on what you know about yourself, relative to the theme. Once again, there’ll be an exercise to guide you. Make sure you complete this phase as it will better prepare you to get maximum value out of the session that follows.

The second part will take you through the session theme. Take the time to watch the videos and audioslides, and read the notes, or listen to the audio versions of the notes.

Once you’ve studied the session theme, you’ll move on to the self-coaching section, which will once again be broken down into two elements. The first element will involve some self-coaching related to the session theme. The second element will involve some self-coaching related to your main goals. As before, you’ll be guided through each element by a set of instructions.

When you’re done with the self-coaching part, you’ll once again do a check-out which will include a learning review and your homework.

OK, go ahead now and have fun.
