Get started by defining your personal outcomes for the program. Enjoy some video and reading material on the subject of Motivational States. Submit your desired personal outcomes for review.
After completing Session 1, you’ll submit and receive feedback on your personal outcomes. Once you’ve done that, you can kick off the program with this, the first full coaching session. The theme for this session is Know Yourself. You’ll be introduced to a personality profiling tool called the enneagram.
After completing Session 2, you can continue at your own pace with the remainder of the sessions. Recommended space between the sessions is one week (maximum two). This will give you time to practice and integrate and to pursue your main goal, but not so much time that you lose focus. The theme for this session is Working with Values.
The theme for this session is The Power to Create. You’ll gain a deeper insight into the unique power that you have as a human being to create and direct the course of your life using words – and how to do that more consciously.
The theme for this session is Agreement & Accountability. You’ll learn how to recognise opportunities for creating agreement—and thereby creating accountability—and how to go about it. This tool will provide your next giant leap towards personal effectiveness.
The theme for this session is Story & Reality. You’ll discover that there are two realms of existence, or two realms of possibility: one where things happen, and one where things don’t! This session is likely to cause a quantum leap in your level of personal effectiveness.
The theme for this session is Skilful Conversations. You’ll discover the elements of a coaching-style conversation and what makes it so powerful. You’ll learn a tool that encompasses all of those elements seamlessly. You’ll be able to use this tool in multiple scenarios, for example when giving feedback, when handling conflict, among others.
The theme for this session is Working with Emotion. You’ll learn to recognise the energy within emotion and how you can use that energy consciously and constructively. We’ll be joined in this session by clinical psychologist and Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) specialist Dr Colinda Linde.
The theme for this session is the Red Zone. You’ll learn to recognise when you—and others—are treating something like it’s the end of the world, when really it’s not. You’ll learn what sends you personally into the red zone, and what you can do about it.
The theme for this session is The Flow State. You’ll learn to recognise flow state opportunities and be able to activate the flow state in any situation.
The theme for this session is The Habit of Completion. You’ll learn to recognise one of the major causes of stress and ineffectiveness and how to deal with it. It’s the last big step to your journey to personal effectiveness.
The theme for this session is Authentic Leadership. The purpose of the theme is to support you to define your authentic leadership brand.
