Welcome to the Equanimity Masterclass
This program consists of 10 sessions. Each session consists of a check-in, a session theme video plus support material, and a homework exercise. You’re encouraged to participate fully in each item in order to get the value that you deserve and demand.
EACH SESSION will begin with a check-in, which will prepare you to get the most out of your participation. Then you’ll get a video introduction on the main session theme, which will be backed up by a set of downloadable notes. That will be followed by a homework exercise. You’re advised to take a few days, up to a week, in between sessions, instead of just doing them all back-to-back. This will enable you to integrate the material at an experiential level and therefore deepen your learning. Audio versions of all the material (check-in, videos and homework instructions) are also available, so you can listen to them instead, if that’s your preferred style.
Each item of content is relatively short. The check-in consists of a one-page exercise sheet and the audio alternative is never more than two minutes long. The videos are all around 10 minutes, and the homework instructions are also a single page, with the audio option being about two to three minutes. Therefore, a full session will take you about 20-30 minutes, depending on how fast you read and how fully you engage in the exercises. You’ll be able to submit a session theme question to Neil, your coach, once for each session. You’re also advised to take a few days, up to a week between each session to apply and integrate what you’ve learned and take action towards your main goals.
What are you waiting for? Let’s get started!

This is the final session and I’ll share a bit of my story. It will help you to see that while equanimity is useful in the easy times, it’s even more valuable the most challenging situations—like the crazy times we’re in now (mid-coronavirus, mid-2020).
